Create Summit had a lineup of clients within their MCC, and each account had some areas needing a tactical game plan. Striker Leads uncovered various issues across the accounts, these included tracking tags that were not applied correctly, keywords were triggering irrelevant search terms (and there were no negative keywords to counter this), geo-targeting was off (leading to out-of-territory leads), keyword opportunities were missed, and some terms had a cost per conversion that was too high to be sustainable for the client.

Striker Leads took a deep dive into these problems, made the necessary adjustments, and kept Create Summit updated on their game plan. With these strategic changes, Striker Leads aimed to enhance the overall performance, which ultimately would lead to an improved retention rate.

For Striker Leads, this was a standard game plan, but to score big with Create Summit and clinch the win, Striker Leads played all their best cards. During pitches, we went for a full press coverage by emphasising Create Summit's top-tier ratings (a flawless 5/5 on Google) to build trust, we showcased Create Summits winning advertising campaigns to demonstrate their expertise, and we laid out the costs and realistic lead numbers predicated in a clear and transparent way (all of which helped to boost sales rates).

To assist with client retention, Create Summit called for Striker Leads to deliver monthly performance reports for their clients. Several 3rd party reporting tools, like Agency Analytics and Dash This, were suggested as potential playmakers. However, given Create Summit’s large roster of small fee-paying clients, these options didn’t make the cut due to their high monthly fees. Striker Leads, therefore, proposed a game-winning strategy using Google Looker Studio—a free tool that automatically sent out easy to digest monthly reports while also incorporating Create Summit’s branding.

In addition to the above, Just like a well-coached team, we also adapted our reports to fit each client’s needs. For some, traffic volume was their focus point (building brand awareness), for others enquiry numbers were the most important (driving lead generation).

As part of Striker Leads' white label services, our goal is to ensure every client request is tackled with precision (provided it is within reason). From setting up new campaigns to pausing existing ones, we handled it all on behalf of Create Summit. Furthermore, we also managed ad content updates, including both assets and ads, discussed keyword exclusions, and expanded geo-targeting (when required) to keep Create Summit’s clients in the winning position.

With this tight-knit communication, Create Summit's clients felt like they were part of a winning team, with a company that was deeply invested in their success. This game plan proved to be a big win for Create Summit, significantly improving their retention rate for new clients that they onboarded.

In addition to handling client requests and delivering match stats (reports) for Create Summit, Striker Leads' playbook also included maintaining, optimising, and driving up lead numbers—especially focusing on the top-quality leads. By analysing and adjusting strategies on advertising platforms, Striker Leads kept both Create Summit and the client in the loop with account updates, and for bigger changes, Striker Leads made sure to call an early timeout to discuss strategies with both the client and Create Summit (so they could adjust their fee’s accordingly).
